1) Cook Sausage is a frying pan, medium heat. 2) In 2nd frying pan, medium heat, add butter, onion (sliced), garlic (chopped), potato (diced), and peas. Saute until potatoes turn soft. 3) Scramble eggs in bowl. Add milk, then salt and pepper to taste. 4) When veggies are done, add sliced sausage, then scrambled eggs. Continually mix (turn over) until done. 5) Warm tortilla shells in microwave, 15 sec. Put together burritos, scramble, salsa and shredded cheese. Wrap and enjoy!
